This is a survey they sent to somebody.
I did this Survey at 12 last night it took me a while there are lots of things they ask you about expansion packs some very good ideas in it as well like A super-tycoon mode where you manage lots of parks at once, Hotels and resort management, casinos, Movie Studio back-lot including movie-making features and Safari / Wildlife adventure with 'real' animals. Witch are a few of many tick box answers to many questions.

I do not really remember ticking a box to say you cam not post any of the info on sites and forum etc. But if it did I don't really think saying what it looks like will hurt.

Here is what the box had on it:
A big long water slid coming from the right where it is small going to the left where it is big with a young girl wearing a red bikini with a couple of the rides we have seen so far in the back ground and the Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 Soaked! Logo on it.

That is all I am going to say !
I have got it saved on my PC but I am not going to put it on line.

The survey said:
Q1. How interested would you be in the following features for an expansion pack to RollerCoaster Tycoon 3?

>Interacting with rides in first person view (e.g. riding dodgems and Go-Karts, playing games like Shooting Gallery)
>Visiting other parks online with others
>A super-tycoon mode where you manage lots of parks at once
>Peep-focused gameplay where park characters have missions and storylines
>New scenarios
>New coasters
>New rides
>Coaster competitions
>Peep-focused gameplay where you have to manage the happiness of the peeps in a more hands-on, personal way. (e.g. taking control of peeps).
>A career mode with a detailed storyline
>Creating your own content (3D models) for the game

Q2. Which gameplay elements would you most like to see added in future expansions (in addition to more coasters and rides):

>Midway or carnival games found on boardwalks and fairs
>County fairs, Heartland sports like stock car racing
>Re-creating real historic amusement parks
>Ability to build rides underground (tunnels)
>Music festival with bands
>Ski resorts and winter themes
>Movie Studio back-lot including movie-making features
>Hotels and resort management, casinos
>Safari / Wildlife adventure with 'real' animals

And at Atari they've posted a pic of the box:
